All “Rent-to-own” options will be done via our finance partner “Technofin” and are subject to the client's credit approval, credit history and interest rates at the time of
purchase.
All “Rent-to-own” options are subject to the client purchasing at least 6kgs of Douwe Egberts coffee beans per month for the duration of the rental period.
Transfer of ownership on all “Rent-to-own” options will be concluded on the payment of the 25th or the 37th installment, depending what option is chosen.
For clients using Douwe Egberts Beans (R.T.O or outright purchase) training and marketing material (menus, posters etc.) will be provided free of charge as well as a
sales representative will be assigned to assist with any issues.
All services and maintenance is to be arranged with VDP at reduced prices on call out fees, parts and services for clients using our Douwe Egberts Beans.
Additional discount will be given on all services, call-outs and coffee beans dependant on coffee volumes purchased per month.
All pricing excludes insurance. It is the client's responsibility to insure the equipment under their business’ insurance. Insurance can also be included in the monthly
payment to “Technofin”.
All machines purchased have a warranty as per the manufacturer's specifications. Please ask for more information on the machine you are interested in.
Cleaning materials and water filters are for the client's account.
